Meeting called to order at 10:35
  1. Discussed our role in the audit meeting
  2. Individual roles for the coffee social discussed
  3. Everyone is okay with using Google drive for sharing files instead of dropbox
  4. We will be sending an email to the ECE dept. about the TV. We will be giving the TV away for free. We will be sending out emails to grad. student and other student associations online.
  5. For now the furniture in the lounge stays the same, but we will rearrange it in the future.
  6. Amin in the new Webmaster
  7. Amin will be posting info about open research day on the ECEGSA website
  8. New execs were asked to put some thought into what the association should do differently to promote the association. 
  9. Next week out meeting is on Tuesday at 10:30AM. Our future meetings will be every Thursday at 10:30 AM.
  10. We need new ping pong balls
  11. We need new and bigger pitchers for lemonade and iced tea.
