Discussed Points/Action Taken:

  1. The Secretary has been introduced to the BMO by the President.
  2. Reimbursement for Friday Afternoon social, organized on July 21 of 2017, has been made to the VP Social Internal, Reef.
  3. Hiking plan has been canceled.
  4. President is going to take leave from August 2 to September 3, 2017. Secretary will take the charge.
