IEEE Workshop
– put on Facebook, send email on Thursday (Michelle will do)
– sign up ourselves if we are going
Networking Night
Sponsorship package:
– include early bird prices
– try to shorten, eliminate repetition
– possible new names: eSINE: Engineering Student Industry Networking Event, Connect 2015
– hope to have a draft ready tonight
Hotel:
– Four Seasons for 5000 minimum
– Fairmont for 6000 minimum
– decided on Fairmont
– someone else can hopefully see venue first – ask for Darcy or Megan
Invitations:
– start sending out stuff by next Monday, November 10
– do first contact personally if possible, then email from ECEGSA email with official details
Night events
– movie night Nov 20 or 27
– Shreya will take care of movie
– food: could do popcorn, pizza, leftover other stuff
