Orientation overview:
- There would be 2 sessions from the department (Luca, Andre, Robert and Darla):

- Mentorship program.

- 2 library workshops.
- Introduction to Linux (which we still need volunteer).
- LATEX workshop.
- Department welcome back BBQ:
- BBQ will be held at Jericho beach.
- We need to book.
- Sept 11, 6pm to 8pm.
- 250$ preapproval for pizza for the orientation.
- 250$ preapproval for the coffee and cookies for 4 workshops.

- 85$ for permit for booking the Jericho beach.
