Minutes:
- Cara was assigned to design the ticket of Networking Night. The cost of ticket for students, purchased before/after Nov 1st: $10/$15. There will be 4 sessions of ticket selling before November 1st. Two of them will in the coffee social in next two weeks. Rest of the session times and persons responsible for those sessions were left to be decided by doodle poll.
- The committee agreed to have online payment system to sell ticket to industry people. Ali informed that the online payment system will be ready by Monday.
- Ghasem mentioned that BMEG has shown interest to hold paintball event in collaboration with ECE and MECH. The committee agreed on collaborating in that event.
- Ali let the committee know that there is another gold+ sponsor for the Networking Night, GemCom
